British by birth, American by choice, Caroline came to the US with her family at the beginning of 2002 and has made Bethesda, Maryland her home ever since. As a listing partner/buyer specialist, she brings over 30 years experience of understanding, meeting and exceeding client expectations to the Estridge Group. She knows it is that attention to detail and clear communication that results in happy clients and successful outcomes.

Cheryl Kincaid, RENE

A lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Cheryl knows the D.C. metro area like the back of her hand. Claudia Fitall

Claudia has lived in the DC Metro area since 2001. Prior to entering real estate, she attend the University of Maryland and Towson University. She has several years of experience in the hospitality industry, and personal experience with international relocation. Claudia is client-focused and detail oriented. She is a proactive communicator who keeps her clients well informed throughout the home buying and selling process. She provides consultations about home valuations, and helps sellers gain the best possible offers through home staging and high-level marketing. When working with buyers, Claudia applies her vast knowledge of DC Metro neighborhoods to find the ideal home for them.

Miles Coleman

Miles Coleman, was born and raised in Montgomery County, and my wife Natalia and I, along with our young son Mateo, continue to make Rockville our home. When time permits we enjoy many of the things that make this area so special - great restaurants and vineyards, beautiful parks, and wonderful shopping. Knowing Maryland as I do, coupled with my experience with two previous brokerage firms, positions me well to serve my clients as effectively as possible. I’ve always had a passion for working with people, using my sales experience to help my clients and customers to the best of my ability.
